Client: "You know how you've been encouraging me to do those backups?"

Consultant: "Yes"

Client: "Well I'd like to get started as soon as possible. This morning, if you could come over right away."

Consultant: "OK. We'll sit down and map out a plan".

Client: "No, I don't want to plan, I want to get it done, before lunch if possible. Our system crashed last night, and I want one of those backups made so that we can get back all of our data and get back into business after lunch.

Consultant: (laughs)
